Shipping policy

At Gogo, we take care to ensure your order is packed securely and delivered reliably, so it reaches you in excellent condition.


Delivery Partner

All online orders are delivered via The Courier Guy, one of South Africa’s leading courier services.

Customers may choose from the following delivery options at checkout:

  • Door-to-Door Delivery
  • Locker-to-Locker Delivery (selected locations)

Delivery availability may vary depending on your location.


Delivery Costs

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Delivery option selected
    • Delivery address
    • Parcel size and weight
  • All delivery costs are payable by the customer
  • Shipping charges are clearly displayed and added to your purchase invoice before payment is completed

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders are dispatched on business days only (excluding public holidays)

During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.


Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • Door-to-Door: 1–3 business days (major centres)
  • Locker-to-Locker: 2–4 business days
  • Outlying or regional areas: Up to 5 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by The Courier Guy and are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipment confirmation email
  • A tracking link provided by The Courier Guy

Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery using the tracking information provided.


Locker-to-Locker Deliveries

For locker deliveries:

  • You will receive an SMS or email with collection details
  • Parcels must be collected within the timeframe specified by the locker provider
  • Uncollected parcels may be returned to sender and may incur additional delivery costs

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout.

Gogo cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts due to unavailable recipients

Re-delivery costs will be for the customer’s account.


Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the packaging and contents

We will assist with a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy and the Consumer Protection Act.


Ownership & Risk

Ownership of goods passes to you upon delivery to the address or locker provided, subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.


Special Considerations for Food Products

All Gogo products are packed securely to protect quality during transit.
Customers are responsible for:

  • Prompt collection of parcels
  • Proper storage of products once received, as indicated on product labels
